TRASH COLLECTION

Mondays & Thursdays

• Monday is for trash only.

• Place it curbside.

• Thursday is for trash and recycle bins.

• Thursday is also for vegetation waste pickup. Garbage, vegetation and recycling should be put out no earlier than the evening prior to pick up.  Please store cans and recycling bins in the garage on the same day.

• All trash must be placed in covered bins.

   

GATE ENTRY – Envera Systems

• www.myenvera.com  - you can register temporary and permanent guests.

  Download the Envera APP on your phone to register guests

• Vehicle stickers are available through Campbell Property Management

SPEED LIMITS

• The speed limit within Bent Tree is 20 MPH.

   

PARKING

• Parking at the pool/tennis court lot is limited to a maximum of 24 hours.

• If you have guests who will be here for an extended time, inform the management company.

• There are to be no boats, trailers or commercial trucks parked there.

• We observe alternate side of the street parking. Park on the SIDEWALK SIDE of the street on Mon-Wed-Fri-Sun.Park on the NON-SIDEWALK SIDE of the street on Tues-Thurs-Sat.

   

SPRINKLERS

• The landscaping company will tend to any problems or questions you have about your sprinklers.

• Each homeowner is responsible for the maintenance of their individual irrigation system.The landscape company will check and inform of any problems with your system.You must have repairs made in a timely fashion and keep your irrigation system operative.You may use the irrigation tech of your choice.You must adequately water your landscape.

POOL/TENNIS COURT HOURS

• Pool hours are from sunrise to sunset.

• Tennis court hours are 6 AM-10PM weekdays and 6 AM -11PM on Fri-Sat-Sun & holidays.

• Please make sure to lock the gates behind you.

PETS

• Only two pets per household are allowed.

• For your convenience in picking up after your pet, there are 3 “doggie stations” located throughout the community.

ALTERATIONS

• Any alterations to the exterior of your home or landscape must be approved by the Board of Directors. (This included repainting with same colors)

• ARC applications can be obtained from the management company or from the Website.

   

BOARD MEETINGS

• Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of every month starting at 7 PM.

• A meeting notice is posted at the exit gate prior to the meeting.
